To buy on our online store, you have to choose an item, select the size, the quantity, if any, and add it to the cart.
Before completing your purchase, you will need to enter your shipping information in one of the three ways listed below:
- log in, if you are already registered, so your data will be entered automatically;
- create your account, if you do not want to enter your details every time you buy;
- quick checkout, you will need to provide us with all the data necessary for shipping.
Check that all data is correct and proceed with the order: at the end of the procedure we will send you the confirmation email.

If you are not satisfied with your products, you can return them within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unworn or unwashed and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return one or more products, click the "Order Return Form" button at the bottom of each page of the website and follow these steps:
At the end of the process, a unique return number will be displayed, certifying that the request has been registered. This number will also be sent to the buyer's email address.
Failure to comply with the above conditions may compromise the right of return.

Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment.
After receiving the email confirming receipt of the return, we will process the refund within 24 hours.
Any delays in refunds may depend on the reference bank, credit card, or PayPal account. Refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card used for payment.
Special custom orders are final and non-returnable.
