Shipping rates:
• Italy 25 euros
• Europe 35 euros
• Rest of the world 85 euros

• USA 50 euros

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your products, you can return them within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unworn or unwashed and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return one or more products, click the "Order Return Form" button at the bottom of each page of the website and follow these steps:

1. Enter your order number and the email address used for purchase;
2. Select the products to return and the quantity;
3. Indicate the reason for the return (optional);
4. View the complete summary and confirm the request.

At the end of the process, a unique return number will be displayed, certifying that the request has been registered. This number will also be sent to the buyer's email address.
Failure to comply with the above conditions may compromise the right of return.

Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment.
After receiving the email confirming receipt of the return, we will process the refund within 24 hours.
Any delays in refunds may depend on the reference bank, credit card, or PayPal account. Refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card used for payment.

Special custom orders are final and non-returnable.
